I did request an RMA within 30 days. I was also informed by yourself that UPS pickup was difficult in Ireland. You requested that I arrange for a courier and EVGA EU would provide assistance with fees (this has not happened) My quote where I explained this below

You have however responded to my last support ticket query regarding the replacement being faulty. It's not a power supply or motherboard issue. I provided plenty of detail in my original support ticket including that the GPU was crosstested in two different systems. Yet you have again asked me have I tested the GPU in different systems.

Also two similar GPU's were tested in my system. A Titan which was completely stable as was the GTX 780 SC that this ACX SC replaced.

Up until I purchased the original GTX 780 SC. My Corsair AX850 was powering two power hungry high end Fermi's :)

There are stocks in the UK unfortunately OCUK have not taken any from my distribution partner. I will speak with them again and try and solve this.

As far as the pricing goes I do not control this at the resellers. We have not raised our pricing on GTX760 at all, the $ has slipped a little but this would not explain 30 Euros. Our pricing should be competitive against the other AICs in the UK on GTX760.

I will advise as soon as I can get stocks to OCUK

All current worldwide stock of 780 Classifieds must be diverted to Ockers.uk immediately.....if not sooner, so that I can get my order in............:D

Also, EVBots must also be made available and "Probe-it" cables as well.

ockers.uk profits could hit an all time low if I don't get my Classifieds.:D

the price on our homepage got calculated wrong, the first price that was posted was without VAT, this is 19% in Germany, thats why the price increased.

first classified versions will get shipped soon so should also get available soon.
The EVbot will only be available at the eu.evga.com online store because of limited stocks. At the moment I do not have the information that the Probe it cable will get available in europe. You can also measure the voltages of the card without the probeit cable, its just not as compftable as with...
 
First Q, we have also no idea but overclockers is already working on to get it sticky again.
Second Q, we do not have an ETA on Classified waterblocks but they are the next so should be within the next 4-8 weeks.

Can you confrim what happens if I recieve a new card from EVGA through the step up program and its not working, Will EVGAtake up the cost of arranging a courier for uplift etc,

Got two cards and recieved the new one on WED and when it boots up there is corruption across the screen in bios then into windows where it goes into a constant loop of reboots, other 780 works fine
 
Hi, I purchased an EVGA 760 ACX superclocked and unfortunately i have realized it has significant coil whine while idling on Windows 7 desktop, web Browsing, gaming and under benchmarks and stress tests most significantly.

I am wondering about possible solutions. I would be interested in any suggestions, and if not then information about the possibility of RMA ( I purchased it on the 5th of August 2013).

I have 2 x evga gtx 780's and the primary card has started to show artefacting and cannot boot into windows.
Is it possible to ask for someone to email me the bios from the suspect card it is 80.10.3A.00.82 unfortunately the second card has a different bios or I would have used that to see if it would correct the problem. Failing that I will initiate an rma request was just thinking of anything I could do to reduce the time spent without a second card.

Hi,

Coil wine can be occured by the source of power (PSU,MOBO) if you are able to test the card in a different system I would suggest to give this a try and have a look if it produce same noise in a different system.
Generally you can also handle RMA with the card, this can be done via the place of purchase or directly with EVGA. If you want to handle RMA with us you will need an account at eu.evga.com and the product need to get registered in this. When this is done you can send the RMA request to [email protected]
