Whether or not the OP was joking, the point is that the quoted example of such uncivilised, subhuman behaviour is a sound one. These "people" do exist, they do n't care about other people and IMO, they should be locked away from the rest of us and released when they've grown up, or rendered into fertiliser - either would suit TBH
