Government to consider banning smoking in pub gardens etc..

Might as well just ban it outright and get it over with tbh. Smokers will have no choice but to quit, so might be easier.

Can't do that... I'm guessing that banning a substance that is life threatening even in small doses is against human rights. Oh the irony :eek:

Yes, yes lets hear about alcohol being similar from the smokers in here :p

I'm an ex smoker but cannot agree to a ban. Government have a right to determine certain restrictions on our behaviour with reasonable excuse. I don't think that this is merited here.
