Here's V2 of the config, I have not put any textures or other mods in there, this is just the ENB. DOF is on and quite close, if you don't like the settings you can change it in enbconfig.txt.
Also simplified it, just copy the dir for your version of the game. Let me know if you have any problems.
Things this has over the last version:
- Better visualsettings.dat - Tail lights and traffic lights now shine on the road again but not as intense as stock.
- Much better bloom.
- Much better DOF.
- Better Timecyc as I think I sent out the wrong one with the last pack.
- Better contrast, before the billboards in star junction were blown but are now almost perfect.
- Better contrast (as my monitor is weird and people had problems with it being too dark).
Things that I still need to improve:
- With close DOF setting cutscenes are a little blurry... Not sure if anything can be done about this.
- Possibly a new Timecyc as sometimes the sun is a little too intense on the horizon.
- Car shadows seem to be a bit off.

I would recommend the better city textures pack
here as it makes a nice difference not least with the trees.
