im on 20% ish with 7.5hrs gameplay. Busy exploring and doing taxi / package etc.

One thing i saw the other day, was a car parked up with a copper behind, the copper looked like he was handcuffing the driver :D

the 360 doesnt it has the odd glitch here and there thats it.

there hardly noticeable.

I'm with BoomAM and Strife212, it does have framerate problems. It drops so low sometimes, especially when in a high-speed chase or something. I can count more than one time I've lost control of a vehicle because I was doing insane speeds and suddenly the FPS turned into a slideshow.

P.S. This is on the 360 version playing on an Elite.

I think people used to playing games on PC are more likely to notice dodgy framerates. I personally think the framerate is shocking at times on the PS3 version
 
The framerate is not that bad. I've played for 30 hours and I've not seen anything that constitutes a bad framerate. A bad framerate = Splinter Cell Double Agent on PS3.
 
Frame rate can be horrid sometimes, and I just love cruising along in a car I need to keep when a wall appears and nails me. :D It's ace, Still I am totally loving this game.
 
The official line is..

The 360 has deeper colours.
The PS3 version has a higher average framerate, more anti aliasing and slightly lower load times.

But most people wouldn't be able to notice the difference...

The 360 is getting exclusive content... but according to the Sony dude that's been on TV so is the PS3.

Saw something similar to this earlier! A thug was walking around, copper saw it and handcuffed him, a minute or so later a cop car pulled up and the thug got escorted into the car and off it went!
