I thought she cleared 1-3.

hasnt cleared 3 for me since she offered it. shes only good for when you hit a mission checkpoint with a crappy wanted level.

A word of warning for anyone looking at the IGN guide. Don't do the ice cream van cheat as it does show up in you stats as a cheat being used even though the guide says it doesn't.

Francis really annoys me, but ive heard theres some advantages to killing Derrick.

if you kill derrick you wont get the game 100% as there are still some missions to do with francis. derrick doesnt do anything for you but francis can clear your wanted. either way theres a shoot out.

You get 100% no matter who you kill, and if you date LAWCHICK she has the same perk as francis so just blast that mofo.

Im going to reiterate my point, i hate the bloody bikes in GTA4, doing a mission for gerry finally gave up after 4 attempts, bloody slight bump in the road and your flying off the bike or tap the back of a car, your flying of the bike just to be run over by someone else
