*** Grand Theft Auto IV - The Official Thread ***

Tried all of the usual and unusual suspects at the local large shopping area in Broadstairs/Ramsgate and bugger off was the common response.

Looking at Kemiks reciept I can only think of only one store that sells them with the pence at 71 and they also said bugger off. Pure luck by the looks of it.
 
Derren Brown should have done a GTA4 special tv show where it shows him going into stores and getting staff to give him copies before release lol.

Guys read up some NLP it might work :)

I could argue that's the same for every game ever in history. :p

I do have to say when I saw some Low res gameplay vids on youtube and the like, It looked a little underwhelming, but that's more than likely the fact they were low res shots, and as with most vids, You lose any magic.

Don't get me wrong i can understand hype to an extent, but scouring supermarkets late at night trying to find a copy early seems a bit silly, it is not that good!

I cant wait for Ninja Gaiden II but i will not hunt for it hoping its release date is broke or have a stupidly long thread for a game that actually isnt out...

Im not trying to be moany i just find it somewhat funny lol

It's the only real way to prove, irrefutably that he owns the game. People can fake a cover or label, but faking a manual isn't really possible. It was also asked and will be from now on for all new console releases.
