Oh yes thats the same person who had an early preview version of gears. When asked for proof he provided a photoshopped pre-release box then ignored any posts pointing to the fact that mrmagoo could do a better photoshop job.

What happens then if people get the game legit tonight and want to post vids? If the street date is broken all shops are allowed to sell it.

If there is an OFFICIAL break of street release then I'd assume its fine. The people who run this street releases are those widely accepted as the 2 major highstreet retailers of games. When they say go, then the street date is fine.
