If it's too expensive, return the card, because if you can't afford it as it's overpriced, then you could get into financial problems.
I bought one I still feel its too expensive but not because I can't afford it. Anyway I've now sold it on for what I paid and use a 2060 instead for a while longer.

Exactly @d_brennen ! I think it was @TNA ? who last had the common sense to roll with the punches in the current climate, play the games he needed then sell on as it wont be long till the next gen is being lauded up and he will just buy that. I used to be a mug and bought a vega56 when it was 'cheap' and realised soon after it was only cheap as the refresh was being lined up by AMD so retailers have to clear existing stock. Low and behold 6 months later the card was superseded so I thought the next time I get one it wil be near launch so I can maximise its features and sell on when its not cutting the mustard (rinse and repeat).

These cards are nearly half way through the generation now, time to get hyped by the 7800XT and 4090* choochoo

* I'll grab an ex mining 6700xt for £300 when it dies off some more

Do you really think a new generation will be coming out? After that sh*tshow of a 30 TU series launch?

yeah time to get saving if you want a RDNA3 or RTX4000 series as even the low end models will likely start at 500 quid.

wouldnt call it a success a small win maybe as could have sold 10 times more if wasnt for supply issues

Was supply really the issue? Sure it was tighter than usual but we saw fantasy MSRPs from both camps and seemingly walls and walls of GPUs farming in Asia, not to mention the garage crypto enthusiast over here and elsewhere. I read somewhere that shipped units from both AMD and Nvidia were up on previous gen, but take that as hearsay
