A piece I'm currently working on, just for fun; lots to do yet.
All done in The Gimp using the ink, brush, airbrush and blur tools with a Wacom.

Great work Augmented. Looking nice. The cloth could still do with a bit more depth though, and the eyes look too open to me.

Still got to work on shading the clothing - or rather 'unshading' the dark colour, which I'm not too confident about doing. And yep, I agree about the eyes. I have only quickly thrown in the top lid shadow so far.

A project i started a few years ago.
I loved the films Bug's Life, antz etc. so i thought i would do a cheapo version.
After completing the first 200 frames and creating some of the set's the estimated completion date was about 3 years, so i gave up.

Here's a few stills from the project. The ant is fully rigged for animation ( including fingers,eyes,all limbs and antennae).
