Great Browser Game - Travian

Caustic, can you push for an alliance with Ro-Ks (EU-RO Killers) as i'm being constantly raped by a prat from their alliance. He knows he can't get resources from me but because i now have an army he's attacking me just to destroy my troops :(

Their ranked 7th with 41 Members. The guy who's attacking me has a pop of 163 and is ranked 388th.

I'll take slightly dog-eared ones as well, but crisp ones are the best!

Level 11 requires:
Costs to upgrade to level 11: 2125 | 1535 | 1770 | 945 | 3 | 3:39:00

I'll probably get either the wheat or the wood for that one last, so if you have a little spare, I'd put it to good use. Alas quite a few of my fav raiding targets have proved less useful today :(

Hmmmm, I'm not sure what to do. I might send a message to the boss tomorrow but the problem is their alliance is a lot bigger, with the average being much higher than us. I'm not sure what to suggest. Basically, there is no reason for them to accept an alliance with us.

Ultimately its Caustics decision, but i'll play Devils Advocat :

I understand your position, and i would feel the same.

If we make alliances' with everyone who attacks our members then we will become nothing more than a sub-member of another alliance.

Employ a diplomat to persuade the offender to stop or risk the threat of the OcUK alliance.

We need to stand strong and pose a threat together.

Like i said , easy for me to say with 6 macemen.

He has been inactive for over 3 days now. Since we have people wanting to get in, and it is dragging the alliance down:

EDIT: I could see about you borrowing my troops or something. If you send me your resources, I build troops for you? People could chip in, in a 'Help Windle Fund' sorta way. Panic not mate. Just start building that city wall :)

Aye i understand where people are coming from, it's just hard to see how i can grow much unless i can defeat this guy. He has at least 50 troops. I had 10 and was raiding successfully. He knows i have a level 10 cranny and i'm active enough to keep it below the 66% level (He's Teuton) so he's attacking out of malice to destroy my troops. I already have a City Wall Lvl 3 and had 10 Legionaires defending and his 36 macemen decimated me, i only killed 6 of them.

He's in the #7 ranked alliance. We're not much of a threat mate. Likewise this has an effect on if i say asked Caustic to attack him. I risk brining the wrath of that alliance on all of us and we're definately not strong enough to take them on. Only way i can see out of this is managing to defeat him so he backs off but if he keeps attacking theres no way i can build an army strong enough to defeat him while still growing which is what he'll be doing.

Is anyone close enough to (54|-31) to be able to send me resources? If i can get my city wall up higher and get some troops built then i should be able to manage to get a decent enough defense to make him back off (i hope)

Then we as an alliance and unfortunately you accept defeat.

We will have to lose battles to win a war.

Build your defences/cranny as much as poss. and wait till there is nothing left for him to attack.

I'm sure it will happen to me sooner or later.

But if we start alliancing with every superior ranked team at this stage how will we ever pose a threat ?

If i could help i would, i'm in this as a member of a team ,not just my village.

Other peoples opinions are welcome :D

The simplest solution is probably to just not raise any more troops so he can't do you any damage by attacking you. He'll soon get bored of attacking you if there's no benefit to him.

Build up your resource pools and town centre for a while, if he wastes his time attacking you, you can grin smugly knowing that all the while he's wasting effort on you you're closing the economic advantage his village has. :)

That's good news, on the up!
My village size hasn't been increasing, but that is because I've been spending all my resources on a raiding party. Should have a hero's mansion in the next hour or so, then I will be increasing my village some more.
 
SSaldiray has attacked me twice while I slept. As an alliance couldn't we smash him to bits. He has claimed in 9 attacks since my noob protection period wore off. 358 Wood, 497 Clay, 53 Iron, 159 Wheat.

He is starting to drive me nuts now, I don't dare build any troops because they will die every time he attacks which is at-least twice a day, 4 times in one day once.

Usually he gets bugger all, but I was saving some resources over night to build a level 5 farm. Couldn't the alliance co-ordinate a multiple strike :) and threaten to wipe him out if he doesn't re-pay my resources :D
 
can you post his coords so we can see who is close?? its ok found him -42/1 hes miles from me time my troops get there they would be at retirement age :-(
