Great news! Brown Sacked

The only reason they lost to Arsenal? They had one shot at goal all game which was a penalty, which was offside so should never have even been considered. That's terrible at home, with two strikers on the field

Anyway, good news, couldn't have come at a better time, at least it feels like Arsenal are a bit responsible this way, which I'd love to think was true

Roffles this i have to agree with...i was a bit surprised but then i have absolutely zero sympathy for him after all the **** he started with Arsenal last season ie Fabregas spitting.

Saying that its a bit of a daft decision to do it with 9 games left..surely wait till the season is over before sacking him....i mean who knows maybe he would have kept them up but now i hope they go down...down....down....down....:D

I think its harsh to be honest. My friend read in the paper today that Brown wasn't allowed to talk to Chierney (or whoever the youngster is) due to ongoing contract negotiations. This was stipulated by the player's legal representatives? Brown couldn't even tell him he was dropped for the Arsenal game. Crazy.

Whilst I don't like Brown that much, I don't think he deserved the sack.

'cos I'm a loser I checked their form from after their great start in 08-09, think I got this right, 7 wins in 58 since then. Abysmal.

I'm sure Hull considered everything, if they thought they could wait they would have, they're not exactly Real Madrid :p

Seems like another stupid panic sacking in hope that the players will up their game, they can't expect to find a better manager surely?

It gets more worrying as Megson is the name I'm hearing most for his replacement...

I'm thinking we have already found a replacement and this will be announced in the next few days, including a massive bonus if we stay up. Or give it to Horton and see if he can make a difference.

Odd timing though, I'd expect with the debts we have it will more than likely be the latter option

We have an okay chance with these fixtures remaining...
