As expected really, had one chance didn’t take it, they had two scored both. Xhaka has been good in the more advanced position against most teams, but most teams aren’t Liverpool. Same for Laca. Work in progress, got areas that could be a lot better. How it goes really, I think we’ll be ok - we got over that City game quickly because losing against a better team when you give a decent account of yourself is a lot less deflating then when it’s an exhibition and cricket score after the first 20mins, as was the case in years prior.
