Am I the only one that is disappointed it was only 5?
I'm not saying Ole should stay but the timing of when he goes isn't ideal. If you had an easier run of games coming up then he'd be gone by tonight but with a tricky run maybe it's better to let Ole play those games out and make the change after Chelsea. That gives any new manager a better run to start with.
The buck stops with the Glazers, it doesn't matter who we get in as manager we need them gone.
Henderson's pass for our 5th was incredible. I remember Gerrard playing a similar pass to Sturridge many years ago and that was right up there.
That's the one.Fulham falling over one in 13/14 ? He made it looked better with the dramatic lunge for it
Odd though that United haven't managed to get it out of him on many occasions. I'm not a fan - I think he's been a big part of the problem at Old Trafford and would have sold him 2 years ago. It's sad really as he's hugely gifted.
But literally the only thing they're really badly missing is a holding midfielder, and they should have spent the Sancho money on one. There are far, far worse squads performing far, far better than this United oneHonestly this talk about how strong a squad United have. They start with "McFred" and Maguire ffs.
It's more complicated than just a holding mid. When you look at Rashford, Sancho and Greenwood, they wouldn't look out of place playing for us wide in a 4-3-3 but then they've got Fernandes that wants/needs to play in a 4-2-3-1. You can't really fit Pogba into a 4-2-3-1 and then there's the Ronaldo issue. You only have to listen to Neville talking about needing to play Cavani alongside Ronaldo - where the hell are Utd playing Fernandes/Pogba and all those wide forwards with a front 2?But literally the only thing they're really badly missing is a holding midfielder, and they should have spent the Sancho money on one.
