Oh well, better in a way it’s now rather than going down to the last game on the final day, as other teams have experienced. I think that would have been much worse to deal with than this (esp being robbed of points by that VAR gaffe), given how well we were doing pre-WC and for bits of the period after.

I’m confident we’ll be a better squad for the 2023/24 season... how that stacks up against whatever anyone else does will be another thing obviously but they’ll have the same unenviable task of trying to get closer to 100 points than City will.

I dont think people realise just how hard it is to break 90 points like you have to against this City team. This isnt bottling it at all. If Arsenal go on to win their next 5 games they finish on 90 points. Anyone finishing on 90+ points hasnt bottled anything. You cannot have a dip in form anymore.
