Greenlizard0 PL & Championship Football Thread ** spoilers ** [6th - 8th Feb 2021]

I mean in fairness what can you do, our team we’re playing is proper make shift and shafted by injuries to the point our whole team is off balance.

It is what it is. **** football. See you in August

Agree need to start the CBs and stop this gimped version of a team, it’s horrific to watch and also gets no results.

Foden and Gundogan were good, lived up to the two this week despite the penalty miss.

I still can’t believe they gave that Salah dive after all the times he’s legitimately fouled/pulled back way more and don’t give them, such garbage officiating

Going in against City without any CB's wasn't going to be fun but I didn't expect Alisson to become colour blind - the pass to Foden for their 2nd goal, I can only assume he's just not seen him because he's passed it straight to him.

For 75 mins there wasn't really anything in the game with both sides have 1 chance and 1 pen each but then we just imploded. Two terrible passes from Alisson but in both instances we were being put under pressure and kept trying to play our way out of it - it was only a matter of time before we gave the ball away.

He was with his two previous clubs for 7 years but his style appears to have shelf life and we're following the same path as Mainz and Dortmund now.

I mean Dortmund were coming out the otherside and they had agreed to 'part ways'. Also none of those situations were during COVID and hit by injury quite like this.

Premature and illogical to draw comparisons.

If we get rid of Klopp because we somehow miss CL next season someone should blow up Anfield.

We wont get rid of Klopp the much greater chance is that Klopp himself will leave in 2022/2023. I'm 100% certain that he wants to be Germany manager after the 2022 world cup and nobody could blame him for that of course.
