At best,Sanchez kicks the ball into Jones, the ball then rebounds being Sanchez, and Sanchez takes Jones out which stops Jones getting it. How is that not a pen?

Could say the same for any tackle which gets a touch on the ball even if not 'winning possession'. It isn't a penalty but yet again a tremendously lucky moment for chelsea
