Looks a bad Injury, but didn't look like a foul. Palace were in on goal. He just landed badly. The way hes going, he could have a short career. A few really bad injuries.

I dont know if its just a case that it feels that way rather than actual statistics or not but it feels to me like Utd have actually got worse under Amorim and were better under ETH, I'm sure some stat hound can whip up the stats to see if its perception or reality.
 
Still being treated/stretchered, must be pretty bad, buckled knee/ACL type injury I suspect.

We were dire under ETH this season and haven't really got much better, although since the start of 2025 our results have been good, performances still very hit and miss.

Amorim is not really playing to the strengths of the squad, he's focused on instilling his system. Hopefully it works in the long run.

There is a definitely a bigger spotlight than ever on the lack of quality in the squad though, it's really quite dire.

How much of an overhaul do you think Amorim will need to do to instill his system, are there any in the team currently who can succeed under Amorims system or do you think it needs the majority of the team to be changed to players who better fit the Amorim system?

We have regressed yes. Under ETH we were not scoring compared to our XG. Now it is just pure garbage. This new wingback better hit the floor running and Luke Shaw needs to come back with a raging hardon.

Rashford has deflected a lot from Amorim recently but now he is gone all eyes will be on him.

MCL, not ACL - not sure of the difference.

I think we need 2 wingbacks (we have one now in Dorgu), a striker, and at least one number 10.

Oh, and a goalkeeper. Onana is just causing way too many issues.
