He's near enough got rid of the ball before the opposing player gets there, you could almost argue the case for it not even being a 'challenge'And why was that a foul? Just a hard challenge.

Just relegate Luton and Sheffield Utd now.
At least Burnley look like they're capable of picking up points. Sheffield Utd and Luton are just cannon fodder.and Burnley. When was the last time all 3 promoted sides went straight back down?
Is that a new rule? Because Rashford has had 2 disallowed in the last year for the ball bouncing off the defender onto his arm.'Accidental' handball by attackers are no longer considered a foul is how I expect they'll justify allowing it
Couple of seasons old isn't it?Is that a new rule? Because Rashford has had 2 disallowed in the last year for the ball bouncing off the defender onto his arm.
Are you referring to the Gordon handball? If so then the rule changed a couple of seasons ago where accidental attacking handballs are only penalised if it's the goalscorer.Couple of seasons old isn't it?
If we didn’t have luton or Sheffield United Man U, Chelsea and Everton would be in serious troubleAt least Burnley look like they're capable of picking up points. Sheffield Utd and Luton are just cannon fodder.
Just had a look at Chelsea's fixture list, if Poch doesn't pick up 6 points from Burnley and Fulham he'll be gone by the start of December at the latest.
Arsenal, Brentford, Spurs, City, Newcastle, Brighton and United is a wicked run of games for a team well off form.
Nah, I'm not buying that if he had played another 20 minutes he would have broken down again, you can't calculate it to that accuracy and with the way nketiah was playing it was a decision that could easily have cost us 2 points. That's not how sports science works.... where the game time your body can/should be doing can be calculated and used to prevent re-occuring injuries.
I don't think @shipinabottle is saying he definitely would have picked up an injury however medical teams will be advising managers on if, when and how many minutes players should be playing. That's not to say if they play 1 minute more then they'll definitely get injured but it's increasing the likelihood of that player picking up an injury..Nah, I'm not buying that if he had played another 20 minutes he would have broken down again, you can't calculate it to that accuracy and with the way nketiah was playing it was a decision that could easily have cost us 2 points.
On a separate note, just start with Nelson on the left and Jesus in the middle then, nketiah is not good enough to lead the line, never has been. Should have been sold off ages ago
They're not good but Chelsea look far worse atm and that run isn't exactly going to inspire confidence if they get tanked a few times.Should have just done the 6 teams.
I don’t get why people are still, even after all these years, rating Utd like they’re good. They aren’t good. There slow. Even the games they’ve won this year they haven’t been the better side.
