Greenlizard0 Premier League Football Thread ** spoilers ** [26th - 27th December 2024]

That’s an awful system. Probably worse than none at all.

Apart from getting a laugh at a team when a goal ruled off for the tiniest amount. It’s incredibly frustrating waiting what feels like a good 2-3 minutes. If it’s that close it requires lines just give advantage to the attacking team. We all want to see goals. I don’t see why that would be such a bad system.
This Yoro looks like a rabbit caught in the headlights, just all over the shop.

So i’m not the only one.

Honestly think that’s quite hard to defend and just incredibly accurate. Mental to concede it twice so close together though so I’m likely wrong

We’re in for another all timer of day of football though, wow

Because we have the tech to get decisions 99% right. Some arbitrary “looks onside” would just mean that teams concede goals where they were a foot, 2 foot offside. That took 2 minutes and he was miles offside. Should that have been a goal because they are **** at their job?

Should we do away with goal line technology or is that OK because you don’t have to wait so long?

VAR is fine, it’s the people sitting upstairs who need sorting out.
