It does irritate me as well.
Look at the muppets predictions and every week he has Newcastle down for loss essentially saying we are lucky to be where we are blah blah blah. He's a useless gob ***** I could understand that opinion after 10 games or so but not after 2/3 of the season.
Merson seems to hate Newcastle as well, I wouldn't care if he was a good pundit but he's not. He's just an alcoholic ****
I have no bother if someone dislikes a club but is then a good pundit and makes fair predictions, them two just **** on clubs they don't like and have a toss off contest over the clubs they used to play for. You are bound to get a little bias creeping in but the majority could learn a lot from Neville and how he has put aside his club connections. You rarely, if ever, hear Nev say "us" when talking about ManU but you look at the rest of the pundits and they pretty much always say "us"/"we" when referring to their old clubs.

I think Neville has turned into a top top pundit and I really enjoy watching him, he has so far remained as unbiased as any pundit on Sky...ever I think.
Sky would do well to get some fresh young pundits in to replace the dinosaurs they have on at the moment. They are far too set in their ways.
