Ish, though you were good in the first half it was mostly fairly spread out, you died a bit as not long ago after taking a 2-0 lead. Recent run of not great results was 2-0 up, went to sleep and lost, oh, Fulham, yeah, wondered if the same might happen today. But you woke up, made a few more great chances, scored a great goal and game over.
Heh, level with Chelsea though that is more Chelsea's doing than Newcastles. Still the way Chelsea look, even with them looking improved they still lack on form strikers, errm, wingers, a DM, and fullbacks who aren't crap. With Spurs dropping like a stone if Newcastle can keep it going 4th could be a real possibility.
THe problem with Spurs is, its not like they are playing great and losing, and its not like they are playing the same way as earlier in the season and losing. They've made a bunch of small changes, over and over and now are losing/dropping points, playing badly and can't seem to get back to the way they played when they were winning. Basically for Spurs they've fundamentally changed the way the team played and can't seem to get back to where they were so its less of a "blip" and more that their current tactic/formation just doesn't work. Newcastle have a real shot.
