Pretty poor 1/2 half, Utd dominated 2nd and really should have completely killed it off , sloppy defending for the liverpool goal but it was the three points that were needed

You say it like Ferguson lets it lie.

1. Gives an interview this morning talking about it.
2. Talks about it before the game.
3. Says we should ban Suarez from ever playing for us again due to not shaking Evra's hand (Should Ferdinand be banned from playing for United for not shaking his hand, or missing that drugs test?)

Well to be fair (imo, but happy to hear all other views) SAF has been saying there should be no racism in the game at all given its 2012 - and that kind of thing comparing it to .....John Barnes....and generally the three major incidents in the last 6 months, not specific to one incident, unlike KD who even on Monday night after the Spurs game was going on and on about Saurez "should never have been banned" etc etc (even though FA have said put a lid on it)


Im not saying SAF is squeeky clean he isnt, but in a sense he is "replying" to what KD comes out with too.... (although it suits him to do that , I admit)

...edit - personally think Evra's hand is there (yes maybe slightly low admittedly) but Saurez doesnt even attempt to shake it - as for the tug back that can be looked at both ways

Looks like it payed off to bench CMS as well, bought him on and he scored. He is actually getting a lot of undue stick(imo) from Brighton fans, fair dos he hasn't scored enough, but he always puts in 100%.
I haven't seen much of Vokes yet but I don't remember being particularly impressed with him in the Premiership. Ashley Barnes is really starting to grow on me though.:)

I still find it hard to believe we have Vicente sitting on our bench!!. If we get Razak from Man C on loan as its been rumoured that will be another coup.

It makes nice viewing looking at the top of the Championship rather than the bottom as well.

As for Vokes, or indeed any player, sometimes a change of surroundings gives them new impetus. It didn't work for Billy Paynter (thanks Leeds!!) but it may work for Vokes.

Next up Liverpool! I'ts gonna be a toughie, but I don't think we will get over run. Kenny will put out a strong team of that i'm sure, and Suarez loves Gus so should be a good occasion.

Wonder what Ferguson said with the whole Wright and Schmeicel affair.

And maybe instead of just throwing Barnes' name in their he might want to get his view on the situation.

And to be fair to Mr Ferguson, he is clearly choosing to talk about it today for one reason, I'd be surprised if the guy gave a flying **** about it if it was any other team than a rival.

Also wonder what would have happened if that tackle meant for Suarez had got him instead of Rio in the first 30 seconds.

Evra doesn't look that keen on shaking hands with a guy that racially abused him? OMG hold the front page.

Everyone loves Gus! It was epic when Tarrico was arguing with the Newcastle staff a few weeks ago and the 4th official and he was really going off on one, it cut to Gus sitting on the bench with a massive grin on his face:D

It is incredibly tight around the play-off places in the Championship, there are so many teams in contention. Lets hope Brighton have come in to form at the right time, it looks like they might have.
 
Evra wanted to put an end to it and shake his hand. Suarez decided to be a **** and blank him which wound Evra up for the game hence the ongoing incidents.

Had Suarez shook his hand then that would have been the end of it.
