To be fair, a few of the angles appearing in some videos, he does hold his hand lower than he did for the guys prior and brings it up just after Suarez's hand passes...

It's a tough one to call but I don't think it's actually as clear cut as Suarez refusing, I think Evra may have tried to stir the situation a little too.

I have seen it live, that's not a terribly edited gif at all, it's purely a comparison of his hand position as he went to shake hands with people. I'm not 'fooled' by it, I made it.

When he got to Suarez his hand was very distinctly lower and further back than the other people he had shaken with just beforehand. It's not exactly a natural thing to do, it was a very deliberate movement to put his hand there instead.

(For the record i'm neither a Liverpool or Man U fan, just calling it how I see it)
