I've seen more than enough to know that so far he isn't deserving of the hype or the transfer fee

I don't agree.

A player in his first season having 11 assists and 5 goals...that isn't exactly nothing considering just how far we are into the season.

Plus there are other factors such as his age, fitting into a different lifestyle, a new squad and so on.

I've already had my say on Hazard on more than one occasion so I'm not going over it again, suffice to say had he signed for us people would be calling him a flop

Well, i must have missed it then.

In this day and age, i believe you either find absolute bargains (words of the season: Michu/Ba) or you pay a lot of money to ensure you have talented youngsters in your squad.

Must be loads of whole games with him in then as highlight programs only show the best (duh) and he's been great in them.
You should become a Chelsea member if you're watching that much of them.

How about you tell me these games he's been great in then because so far I've got about 8 off the top of my head where he was more or less anonymous in

He gives the oddest press conferences ever, pretty much all from the FM crib sheet of responses which is odd (taken 3 years to get used too) but is hilarious now.

One of the most blatant dives of the season on repeat viewing, they've got to punish players retrospectively for that sort of thing. Can't believe both Adkins and the saints player said it wasn't a dive lol.

It's no Gareth Bale or Ashley Young or Suarez dive quite frankly. Especially as you can see him going "its not a penalty I slipped" to everyone around him when the ref calls it.

Doesn't matter anyway, first time this season we have had a slice of luck after plenty of game changing goals ruled out for nothing (Gaston against Arsenal last week, Punch against Fulham at home and Rodriguez against Newcastle to make it 3 to name 3...).

Ultimately Villa were going to loose that game regardless of mad ref decisions, they just were that bad. Even in the 20 mins in the second half they shoved everyone forward, they still had no chance of scoring (in a brothel) or even equalising.

I never said he was great in any games.
I'd quite like to hear about the 8 games you can remember him being more or less anonymous in though as I've seen every minute of every Chelsea game live this season either in person or via media and it wasn't any of those.

He had an ok game today. Full of great movement and some touches that Jimmy Savile would have been proud of, but was utter turd at a. nocking the ball 2 yards in front of him to hit hard into the back of the net (5 of those he ballsed up) and b. shooting from distance when everyone stood off him (3 of those he couldn't deal with).

Clearly lots of talent (one of the best games to show case it) but MILES off being ready (or living up to the 7m fee).

You can have him on loan till the end of the year if you promise to play him in with amazing balls all the time and train him to be better at winning it in the air.... (or you can buy Sharp for 3-4m no questions asked)

Even the 8-0 v Villa his biggest impact on the game was the 7th goal of the game

They're the games I can remember off the top of my head, could have also picked out the CC tie against us as the impact he made in that game coming off the bench compared to Oscar was minimal but he did score a penalty

Not getting the service is he. He's scored like 90% of his last 30 goals with his first touch or what ever it is, but we don't cross the ball in asap though lately it's been him crossing it to well no one... or he keeps getting caught offside because no one is playing him in quick enough. Can't wait for Mirallas to come back.

Also welcome to the common criticism of the FL show, 92 teams to talk about (ish) and 40 mins dedicated to the champ (you must remember the indignation of being l1/l2). It's done to a budget of what they have time to show/talk about, sad they don't give the proper time to most things but id rather have it than everything below the prem being forgotten (got to scout next years competition you know...)
