Well done, you are lower league football Wigan are in the EPL ZERO 0 NOTHING ZILTCH interest for years I have tried to build a rapport, tbh hope this is the last season in the EPL for Wigan turns into Arsenal Liverpool Man United, thank god not rose to the bait of Man City fans the same team no investment such is life, Whelan can do what he wants. Shame you had no voice on a forum in the mid 90s
Still have to laugh at this
Wigan v Man City, 1999 Play-Offs, 1st Leg That was 12 years ago. Mind blown, now they can afford anyone, Dat arab money.
Manc City ****
Fact is lower league football is dead, to many people that should support it, insert 100s of thousands of fans from different parts of the country and you wonder why the English game has gone down the
*oi no swearing!*.
Me and you tummy need to go for a pint one day.
Lower league football isn't dead

It's still massively popular and the Championship is starting to be shown around the World
League One is a bit "meh", but I've been very pleasantly surprised by it in regards to the standard of football and number of football clubs that try and play football, not kick and rush football (take note Stoke).
Championship is enjoyable though, some good teams, good players and some great characters on the bench too. Much more kick and rush football played in the Championship too. Also, I really don't like Leeds much, but have enjoyed watching them play last few season, really rate that Snodgrass player.
I'd drink you under the table Cheets (take note that isn't serious, as I don't really drink anymore).
I do

love watching non prem football!
Just home from seeing a 1-1 draw against one of the single weirdest teams in the Champ. Derby are the first team iv seen in ages that are good on the basis one person taps a silly unplanned goal in and then spends 94 mins trying to break the other teams legs! (followed by pay off a terrible ref). Still top of the champ is good going.
Wish they put on the Sheffield's game tomorrow instead of Brum Leicester too, Brum will loose and loose terribly as they are terrible but the Sheffield derby might actually be fun.
Oh and I didn't read the thread much so don't know what this weeks prem kerfuffle is about
I really have enjoyed watching lower League English footie, nice tour of League One for Wednesdayites! I really love other European football too, and South American, so I'll try and watch / listen to whatever I can.
I'm also, more shocked by the standard of refereeing then football in the lower leagues, it's terrible.
I wish they put it on too, there is something like 10'000 + tickets sold for the bean back at Hillsborough mind, which is quite good.
It's going to be amazing, atmosphere at their place isn't as good mind, but it will still be amazing. Really annoyed the BBC didn't pick it up, Sky, well Football outside of the Premier League doesn't really exist, but I'd still of thought one of the biggest and most fierce rivalries in English football was worth a punt.
Really nervous and excited, can't really sleep (as I'm typing this at 3.40 in the morning) just had my friend leave and now she's gone I'm just stuck worrying about tomorrow, pleased for the early kick off as it's less time to wait
