So he's gone from starting, ahead of Martial et al to behind Young who's not started a game? I find that doubtful. Again, it's clear why Young played and he'd have played had you had the other players fit too.
I don't understand why you don't understand. I told everybody before Mourinho even got the job that he'd love Fellaini. He's the exact type of player Mourinho will always find a place for in his side.

I don't understand how people don't understand that Fellaini is the type of player he likes either. Mourinho isn't known for style, He's known for dull park the bus kind of style of football.
Pretty boring game in general. Especially as a neutral.
Just like when he went to Chelsea with Mata and Luiz, he can't just show up and sell Martial to fund a move for Willian (an example so nobody scream at me).
Providing things don't go terribly for him, he'll be in a stronger position to make more changes and more importantly, make his changes next summer.

Because we're missing 2 of our wide players to injury. This isn't rocket science Baz. Lingard has been poor this season, probably why he wasn't playing, saying Young would have started over Mkhi or Martial is just downright insane though. it's like me claiming lallana wouldn't have played if he was fit.
Yeah Lingard was poor against City, that's why we took him off and brought Young on...oh wait we didn't did we? We've had several hard games this season and Young hasn't been considered for any of them.

By using his elbows to just smash through people.
Correct me if I'm wrong but Ligard started ahead of Martial the other week? You keep going on about how Young hasn't been considered all season so why did he start over a player that was starting ahead of the players you think would have played?
Prior to the international break Lingard was first choise and Young was on the scrap heap. Lingard played so poorly that he's suddenly dropped below a player that's not started a single game? I don't think so. Young was picked for very clear reasons.
Young played because firstly he's the most reliable, from a defence point of view, of all your wide players and secondly because he's a player that can put a decent cross in the box. Had you been playing anyone other than one of the top few sides then Lingard starts today.

So we played that way against Leicester and City then? No we didn't. In fact Young didn't even make the bench in the city game or the Shield. And he only game on with 3 mins to go in the Leicester league game. Keep trying to argue that he's first choice in big games though.

You're completey missing the point. Leicester aren't Liverpool and you started with Lingard and Miki against City and it went wrong. What happened against City most probably played a big part in the decision to pick Young today.
Lingard has been in the starting 11, getting picked ahead of Martial. Why didn't he play when, as you keep saying, Young has barely kicked a ball all season? Why has your first choice winger suddenly been dropped for Young?
