The biggest problem for liverpool are the fans imo. Some still think liverpool is the power house it was during the 70's and 80's but the reality is that we have become the new spurs. Yea aim high but the reality is that we are a top 10-6 side now. Think about it, now we don't even talk about fighting for the epl, its trying to break in the top 4 again. Can someone remind me what cl football feels like becuase its a distant memory.

Souness set us back, but H&G destroyed us.
Well he has replaced Shelvey and Hendo. (Mind you replacing Shelvey I have no ****ing clue why considering it was Joke Cole.)
It isn't dopey, it is lazyness from Gerrard, Allen tired or lazy and Lucas I can't imagine has the tank for it just yet since he isn't back that long.
I'm not sure I get all this manager blame for playing being ****, because quite frankly thats what they've been, Suarez definitely being one of them who we rely so heavily on.

Indeed, the slaughtering Lucas got after than game for the own goal was ridiculous back when he was the scapegoat.
Knew that season was ****ed from that moment, 2 losses inside 3 games and we only lost 2 the entire season before

Deserved win for Villa. They defended extremely well and looked to hit us on the break which they did with help from some poor passing and touches from us. Truth be told we were lucky not to lose by more.

Shambolic performance all around from us today. The way Villa set up managed to nullify anything we've offered going forward and like a lot of the season we look vulnerable on the break - to make things worse, where our defense has been playing well to make up for our frailties, they too were useless today.
Yeah, we've been **** as usual, but we could have looked less **** (and maybe not conceded 3) with better tactics.

Just stunned that we went 3 goals up, never in a million years would I have expected that. Good job I'm going out, rest of the family support Liverpool and I might not see christmas
Me either. For some reason though I'm really disappointed we conceded. Maybe I'm just destined to never be happy
