Our record against the top teams has been good, then again our record has been good full stop, I think that only Doncaster has beaten us out of the current top 8-9 teams, and we've won a fair share of those games as well while dropping silly points to lower teams. its also nice to go into playoffs having not been pummelled by all the teams in both league games against those you might be up against.

I didn't know that Hooters was still there, went to a few uni bowling(also known as drinking) weekends up there and we went in a couple times. Though the New York Hooters is just slightly nicer :p

I'm off to NYC on Monday but I doubt the girlfriend will be too impressed if we head there for dinner one night!

I went to that Doncaster game. Took hours to get up there, 82% possession in the first half, 72% possession over all and then to concede two late goals against a team whom couldn't strong together two passes all match... I could barely talk.

We're now beating the better teams in the league and we could go into Christmas top of the division, as Tranmere are at Swindon on Friday night. I'm getting all excited... :cool:
 
Wish I could get to some games, this weather is killing my joints so badly. I'm not even sure what the last Brentford game I went to was, god damned LDV final maybe. Been to two big games and lost both, bit of a shame, great days out though. Really liked the Millenium stadium, and the playoff game, I think about 20 of us went, we went full face paint and the like. Such an awesome atmosphere of people travelling over to Wembley.

NYC is great, I went around thanksgiving for a weekend and it was ridiculously cold, killed my joints, got drunk to cope with the pain and staggered around the city drunk for a long long awesome weekend :p
 
Never been as cold as I was today...it was quite nice when I left so I only wore my hoodie. By the time I got there It was ****ing down and the temp dropped massively. All for a boring 0-0:(

We should have won the game though, easily outplayed them in the first half, though Forrest were better in the second. Forrest fans were great!

They were? I said it had nothing to do with their 3 goals but outside of that they were in and around their box and I also said a well deserved win.

Yes always the victim cm, you're honestly pathetic, for a man of 30 years old, hope you don't have kids.

David Moyes on the human bog brush.

He deserves to get the punishment. I've seen it, it's a terrible thing to do and I expect him to be punished. It's down to the FA. I've told him it's not acceptable and whatever he gets, he and us deserve it.

Can't say fairer than that. I have a lot of respect for Moyes, a good honest manager.
