4-2 now, West Ham remembering how to play. Gundogan gets his first City goal though was stupid close to having one midweek. Another KDB ball to create it, though this time assist rather than keypass. KDB is just a ridiculous player, utterly ridiculous.

City keep this up and they won't be too troubled winning the league
 
Wenger has ruined Arsenal, so boring to watch. 2 up against 10 men of one of the worst teams in the league and he brings on a 3rd DM on. We're so un-dynamic and have so little urgency we just pass it around non stop between the centre circle and 18 yard box. Just walking around nonchalantly as if no gives a **** which is exactly how we give away a penalty. Not once this season have we played well or even look like we have the ability to dominate teams, even 10 man Hull.
 
Lots of stupidity happening. Arsenal got it back to 2-1 against a 10 man Hull, then go back to 3-1. Nolito trying a proper headbutt, missing but getting the red card anyway which is absolutely deserved, utter idiot.

West Ham were extremely close to making it 4-3, powerful shot to near post but good quick reaction by the keeper to grab and hold on to it.

Yup, though Xhaka and Elneny need games, we should have started one or both of them. The way this game was at 2-0 up I wanted to see Holding come on at the back because he needs time on the pitch regularly to progress or he'll turn into another Chambers or Miquel, not playing they won't get better. LIkewise Perez should absolutely have come on. Iwobi has been amazing but he's young and needs protection. I would want to play him a lot this season but protect him, make a lot of his starts 60mins or so rather than the full 90, it's the last 30 that is significantly more tiring, more tiring = harder recovery and more likely to make a tired tackle and twist a joint. Perez and Holding definitely needed minutes, then Xhaka or Elneny
 
Jesus, an Arsenal player scoring outside the box is rare enough, that far out of the box.... can't even think who last scored from that far out, Perez/Vieira/Henry maybe?

Also as you say, 4 mins for Lucas, utter waste. What chance to you really have, you don't even get up to the pace of the game in that. Probably more chance of injury from warming up and trying to run too fast too cold to make something happen than actually achieve anything.

20+ mins less for Iwobi and 20mins more for Lucas both protects Iwobi much more and gives Lucas a genuine chance to have an influence on the game. 4 mins does pretty much nothing for either of them.
 
Even team selection aside the whole ethos is wrong. I'm sure Wenger will use this result as an opportunity to defend his selection and tactics but the truth is without the red it looked very even and we only made sure of it late. We always drop off and let teams have possession, very slow paced play, no shooting from range, pointless tippy tappy football, lethargic play. I don't understand what Wenger is trying to achieve at all.
 
KDB is a joy to watch, early favourite for the player of the year.

To think Mourinho ditched him when he was at Chelsea, LOL. United could use a KDB right about now compared to what they have in Mata & Rooney.
 
Well that should be Everton 1-0 up, shocking decision. Doesn't touch the ball, bashes into keeper, keeper officially given own goal because the player didn't touch it only the keeper. Couldn't more obviously be a foul.

This is where video replay would have taken 20 seconds to look at a couple replays and determine it wasn't a goal.
