I honestly think he's run out of ideas and by questioning the players he was testing the resolve of the owners but I personally wouldn't give him a penny after the garbage he's signed for us.

We're not an awful side. Today's an anomaly in that effectively we're playing to try to give Gerrard a goal. Generally, were a decent side that can't graft well enough if things are going badly and lacks a plan B. We need to make the jump that Arsenal have in the second half of the season.

I know. I'm not saying that we'd be as good as them, but the inability to dig in is the biggest thing hindering this team right now. Yes, we need more goals, and I'm not quite sure about the system, but it's a matter of tweaks to get back to the top 4, nothing more. Sacking Rodgers now would send us back to square one.

I'm not sure I agree. United and City have been poor for quite large spells in the season and both have better squads than Liverpool currently. Both of them will also strengthen more than Liverpool in the summer in all likelihood. I think Liverpool will do better next season but the other teams fighting for to 4 will be too good for them again.
