Rashford should have had a couple already and why was he getting annoyed when the ball was still in play. Took his shot and then stops paying attention when Valencias shot came in.
 
I want to slap Valencia so often. Probably 10-20 times a game for his inability to put in a good cross. He has 10s to put in a cross and he will take 9.8s before he smacks it against a defender or just puts in a bad cross because he is under pressure after waiting so long.
 
Lovely cross from Young and a good header from Fellaini. Poor defending and goalkeeping however.

Vades has a point to prove as well remember

2nd one (because MR was so close) was very difficult to convert imo - but Marcus should have scored the 1st imo

Mata's been invisible (apart from giving the ball away a few times), Lingard hasnt been much better and Jones keeps on falling over

Problem is we have no other option for out and out striker if Zlatan is out. Martial is a wide player all over, not great central either (he may well come good given his age, but right now he is probably just as bad as MR

Young and Fellaini could play up there, but I dont think either of us wants to see that ...

I think we have to be patient with this lad. I think he is a real talent but one who hasn't played enough games. Think back to Thierry Henry when he first came to Arsenal. Very similar in that he often played wide and finished poorly. Rashford is still a kid and has shown that he can do a lot of things well already. Including heading it better than Henry ever did. Lets give him time to develop under the tutelage of someone like Zlatan. If you are an England fan then its hard to see who has more potential than him at this stage. Players that can excite aren't exactly 10 a penny.

how many miinutes though - he came on for 2 minutes the other day, not exactly a real "chance" to improve his game

Agree with this, he needs time to develope, it was always going to be difficult in his 2nd season especially after the stellar activities of last season
