I could settle for this.

He isn't going to call him out directly after the game and thankfully didn't attempt to defend him so stop talking trash.

Yeah pity he is a bit of a tit.

I know he isn't and it isn't talking trash, I know he wouldn't it's a rant didn't know they were forbid, also I do somtimes think its what certain players need at times yes we do need him as he scored loads for us and works extremely hard for the team but this isn't his first incident

My bad, thought it was a dig at Rodgers, I'm glad he didn't he would only have opened himself up to questions he is unprepared for.

No

Just no, the ref did not see it

Well, there is more proof that he did than didn't at the moment. You know, considering he spoke to him directly after.

I'm not defending him, but if Defoe 'got away with it', then surely so should Suarez? The precedence has been set.

No there's absolutely no proof whatsoever, he could have been talking to Suarez about any number of things. Do you really think if he saw Suarez biting Ivanovic he wouldn't of sent him off or at the very least booked him? Dont be stupid.

you seriously think that the referee witnessed suarez literally bite ivanovic and decided to just let it slide? he very, very obviously did not see the incident

yeah if one person gets away with a horrendous foul then everyone else should be allowed to do it freely for the rest of time. that sounds totally reasonable

"PFA player of the year needs 8 game ban" Daily Mail

This may go away like a lot of the elbows Percy throws, but then again...

As with McManaman and Agueros challenges, the ref only needs to have seen the players coming together, not necessarily the details of the challenge.

Edit: The Rooney elbow vs Wigan is actually a better example. The ref saw them come together but not the actual elbow and that saved Rooney from a retrospective ban.

I am not being stupid. But ok, we will agree to disagree.

Not really one for mentioning other forums but the reaction on RWAK is jaw dropping to say the least. 'Get in there Luis Lad' 'Complete Media Over reaction'

FML
