Its either allowed or not, its not a ******* grey area. its a simple thing to say yes retake if someone runs inside the pen before the player kicks it or no its fine. simple
Right... But you encroached on Kanes aswell. Kanes was just a better penalty.
The only thing I can see he got wrong against Arsenal was Rose... He should be walking for that.

There’s loads of decisions officials make in games that go against the rule book. Do you want a robot in charge or a game where it takes 5 minutes for a penalty to be taken?

No, no he didnt lol. The ball didnt get close to him, Mustafi has fouled him before the ball gets to Kane and was therefore not offside. Its a penalty.
In regards to that same penalty, two Arsenal players clearly encroached on that aswell and were in similar positions to Vertonghen, possibly half a yard behind. They also encroached for Arsenals penalty.

He was also not the only spurs player offside.
they was like 2-3 others offside.

Also half a yad ahead of of everyone was the difference from vertoghen intercepting that tap in.. so yea if he stayed on his line he would not have been there to intercept that

A rule book doesn’t mean everything gets enforced. It’s not just penalties it happens for loads of things like some refs letting players take throw ins 10-15 yards from where the ball went out.

Kane did not attempt to play the ball, its not hard to grasp.
You only seem to have an issue when it goes against your team, i highly doubt if Kane had missed youd have had the same opinion.
