The FA(or whoever it was) supposedly tweeted right after the game to basically say that it can be rescinded. Of course, I'd prefer Gibbs over AOC to have the ban as it means he plays less. Gibb's red card has in most articles/talking about the game, completely overshadowed how completely ******* terrible he was up till the mistaken red card. He was randomly running ahead of play, with no reason to when the passes didn't look like he would get it back, against a team in which they would be a huge countering threat. He's a brain dead moron who thanks to getting sent off, has escaped much of the flak he should have received.
AOC is doing what he did the other year though, finally got into the team after xmas after he signed for ARsenal, few great games, then lots of running and lots of mistakes, no real end product. This season a few great games when he started playing but he's been pretty woeful since then. The misses and mistakes against Bayern were terrible. Sure his pace got him in some nice positions but he fluffed all of them. Almost no composure at all.
That seems to be fairly standard for Arsenal though, they win a few games and half the team gets really REALLY arrogant, starting to talk about titles and scoring targets and how good they are, then they start playing crap, then we get thrashed. We win a few more games and they are being arrogant again.
Yet to see AOC produce any consistent form at all, still only 20 but he's effected so few games with all his running, and been terrible in too many.
