Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [21st - 27th April 2017]

I know however even a draw or Utd win isn't the end of the world. As you say, Utd will still have a couple of very tricky away games to come plus it will pull City back into the mix - although things wouldn't be in our own hands, if one of either Utd or City dropped points again, they would be.

If (and it's a big if) we can beat City tomorrow then our next game is Swansea which we'd expect to win, then that will put us in a much stronger position to get top 4. It's surprising we're still in the mix given how many points we've thrown away over the course of the season.

We are a much more solid team now, just need to be far more clinical in attack.

Watching the Arsenal game and Tony Gale is driving me crazy, I've never been so annoyed by a commentator in my life.

He the one moaning about Arsenal non stop? Sanchez coming too deep, then he's too static on the last defender, then says well done to him for running along the line when it was actually Walcott and it was sanchez who did well coming from deep. Contradicts himself non stop and has barely mentioned Leicester all half.

That would be the one, one minute Alexis is coming too deep to get the ball, then he is static and not showing for the ball. He doesn't remember Theo Walcott having a touch despite him coming the closest to scoring by that point. Absolute ****.

Kept saying we hadn't had a shot on target even though Coquelin had one saved. I'm proper swearing at the TV! Even before the second half kicked off he said we need to make a change down the centre out wide. What does that even mean!! Wanted Giroud on after 15 mins in the first half too.
