...if only they had a HD channel showing all the Arsenal games incl CL and Cup ties then id definitely pay for that but sadly no such option exists

I'll never understand this. Here I am in the States watching my favourite team (Arsenal) on Live HD TV the Saturday 3pm game (or choice of other games for that matter). Yet when I lived in England, no matter how many subscriptions I could pay for, I could never watch this game.
I'm guessing you do know the reasons so won't bother to explain

Oh I know it's all about the money and filling stadiums.
However, you can buy the NFL ticket for instance and have your choice of every single game and the stadiums are still full.
As over the top of an experience it is to go to a sporting event in the States, they know how to attract fans. Can't just rely on 'the game' and that's it anymore.
