Shocking decision. He needed time and they weren't going to give it to him. Poisoined chalice really, nobody can save us with the awful squad we have.
 
Seems to be the type of mange that goes in to a club, puts his arm around the players and gives them some confidence and motivation to begin with but gets exposed soon after because he doesn't have anything else in his locker to offer them.

Premiership needs Villa more than it needs the likes of Sherwood imo.
 
I really don't think we can be saved. The club is crumbling, no matter who comes in. Lerner doesn't give a damn. Because the TV money is so big over the coming seasons, we'll be left behind when we get relegated, just slip away to Wigan's level
 
If someone finds Colocini and murders the useless **** it will be the best news of the year for me. Complete liability, kill the ****.

He has lost us about 9 points already this season and now this, how ******* stupid can that moron be.

Whether you think it's a foul or not, completely moronic from Coloccini to do that in the first place, Fletcher isn't going to get there ..... why give the ref the chance to make the decision?

May seem harsh, but Coloccini has no intention of trying to get to the ball and barges him over. If that's in the middle of the pitch it's a foul all day long, about time it was flagged up in the area as well.

Completely agree, thing is every single Newcastle fan knows he is a complete retard yet he is still captain and plays (and loses) us matches week after week. Beggars belief, there was no reason at all to make the challenge but the moron did.
 
It was a 50-50 challenge, shoulder to shoulder with neither player in control of the ball. Very harsh to give a penalty for that, even worse to give a red.

Colo should never have made the challenge though. Elliott had it.

Yes it was 50/50 but he lunged away from the ball to take him out when there was no need. No one to blame but him and I suppose McLaren for continuing to play him.

Only arguement you could make is that if we deserve a penalty for the Gini challenge by Cattermole but that's by the by now.
