No it doesn't s as, other clubs have finished above you too e.g Chelsea,city etc over the years

Something else maybe wrong at arsenal but some managers get more out of players than others, even rival supporters can see Wenger can not take arsenal forward anymore.

Yeah they have finished above, but they have spent twice as much money, the only club to win the PL bar those 3 is Leicester.
