Rooney is making a great case for never playing for United again today. Just utterly rubbish
 
Baillys own fault for getting injured, ridiculous challenge in the first place. He's still far too rash at times.
 
To be fair Sharmi we have had a lot of bad luck with injuries and we haven't got the strongest squad after our first XI so if we wanted to be competing in the PL and EL we had to try and play our best team most of the time.

Most of the injuries we have had are not due to players being overworked either.
 
We haven't really had bad luck. We've played people into the ground. How many minutes have Pogba and Bailly played? Even when we're 2-0 up against Burnley jose refuses to take them off. These injuries were inevitable when players are playing 90/120 mins a match twice a week. Herrera will be next. The fact he's brought Darmian on instead of Tuanzebe is ******* shameful. This is exactly why Pogba left.

If he actually took his next stride normally, his leg would have been at least a yard further forward than where contact was made because he'd have brought his right leg forward ahead of him. IT only made contact because he stopped running and left both legs behind him as he fell forwards. If he kept running after the ball the keeper wouldn't have come close to touching him.

Unless Rashford had the ability to go from just about full pace to literally perfectly stopped where contact was made, then the keeper wasn't going to make contact. Wasn't close to a pen, was a ridiculously blatant dive and people talking about contact as if all contact is a foul are laughable. What contact there was, wasn't forceful, had he been running normally and had his leg planted there and the keeper brushed his leg... it's no reason to flop over, not a foul and no where near enough contact for a penalty.

That injury was nothing to do with fatigue tho...just a silly challenge.
