spurs looking a lot better today. some swish passing and movement makes us far more pleasing to watch than previous games. not sure why this is, maybe evertons set up is giving us this space.
 
Bentaleb is a lot better than I remember him!

Lennon is having a strong performance too. The rumours are that Adebayor, Kaboul and Lennon rebelled at Poch, got shot down by the squad and then Levy backed the manager for the first time instead of the players.

Lennon has apologised and wants to fight for his place but Adebayor and Kaboul are on the way out.

It could be nonsense but it is hard to understand how Kaboul would be dropped otherwise. As you say, he was initially club captain.

Get in Lennon and Soldado.

spurs good value for that lead. i was very wrong about the cm pairing but this could be down to evertons set up. great movement and organisation at both ends of the pitch

He is a rollercoaster player but I would expect him to be undroppable as captain.

Adebayor also v out of the picture.

It makes sense that they got the hump

Damn autocorrect, undroppable was what I meant.

Kaboul used to be a damn fine defender but he has been shakey since he came back from injury. To be honest, the Tottenham defence get no cover most of the time, so I can understand Poch not blaming the defence for the goals we concede.

In any case this bust up happened over the past 2 weeks, so it will be interesting what happens now. Lloris as captain?
