The standard across the league this year reminds me of when Leicester won the league.

I think I agree, with the exception Liverpool who are much better than any of Leicester's competitors were that year. That said, Liverpool are cutting their wins really close and I can see them dropping points - I could certainly see Leicester winning it

Just to clear up the rules re encroachment, it would appear that VAR only steps in if the player that has encroached goes on to score from a rebound or from a defensive pov, goes on to clear the rebound.

That's according to Dale Johnson anyway.

Seems like the retake was the right call then - Aarons encroached and cleared

lol. I had to do the same at Leicester a couple years ago but it was worse as I was sat in with the home fans as they beat us. The only one sat for all of their goals pretending to be a neutral.

United WILL win this. We have a habit of bottling it against 'better' teams, have won 1 out of our last 44 against United and historically always throw leads away against them. Usually 2 goal leads at that.

That was never offside. Player was nowhere near the ball and didn't attempt to go for it.
