As an isolated game that's a fair point but this is just one example of why I think what I think about Hazard. He's quite possibly (probably even) the most talented player in the league and only behind Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar in terms of pure talent but his actual output is no where near the best players in the PL let alone on a level with those players.

Hazard, and I think Fabregas as well, they are in a team that so often plays boring football. They have new managers, some of who like Mourinho just stifle the defence. I think Fabregas and Hazard if they were in that City team would both be freescoring and assisting but with the Chelsea sides that often focus on defence, they don't get half the chances they would in other teams to really shine. Fabregas really has to go to a more offensive side and Hazard won't ever potentially hit Neymar/Messi/Ronaldo numbers unless he's at a side playing truly great football.

City are currently playing great football, Chelsea have won multiple titles but mostly with effective football, not absolutely amazing attacking football.

Watford contributing to their own downfall though now, they'll fire Conte so need someone available, who is available, Marco Silva, he'll take over and then start making moves to get Richarlison and everyone else he wanted from Watford

Lets not go too far. They're still in the CL spots, not a relegation battle. Every time you think Conte/Chelsea are about to implode they string together a few wins again.
