Where the hell is the penetration, cutting edge stuff. Some new kid blackket just lobs long balls all game. Keepers kicking is ****e too kicks it so far up pitch straight back to opposition keeper.

Valencia is no threat up the right, needs to be on bench. Young a little better on the left but end ball is lacking or never gets to make it. Fletcher is ****e, just stands around, not making room or playing any decent balls. Why the hell is he vice captain?

Starting to question Rooney and RVP too, no cutting edge, no pace. Defenders way to comfortable handling them.
 
Promising for United.

LvG is starting to get this squad together.

Burnley seem pretty solid defensively. Don't see them scoring many but good luck all the same.

di Maria was impressive.

Looking forward to the rest of the season.

They can't say that only deliberate handballs will be given. Every man and his dog will start sticking their arms out to make themselves as big as possible if that was the case. If you have your arms at your side and it hits them then fair enough. If you have them in a position obscuring the goal then you are open to the refs interpretation of it.
 
LVG just seems to sit and hide away on the bench. Has he ever got up and actually looked like he gives a ****?
 
I think we need to give Van Gaal time but so far he's been incredibly questionable. This formation is all wrong for the players we have fit, by sticking with it he's just throwing points away. Playing someone like Valencia over Januzaj is just utter madness as well. He didn't manage one cross that game and defensively he was terrible.

We may well have.

Jose always likes to spend massively and United were not going to do that at the time so.


There is the "boring football" stigma. But that's ******, Jose is a great manager.

LvG will come good. He's proven and it's 3 games in together with the massive changes going on.

no need to panic ;)
