Jesus christ, Gervinho really is completely crap, utterly crap, embarrassingly crap. Was only a minute ago he was played MILES in behind down the right and still had 2 people caught up for his cross because he took so damn long deciding what to do.

But yay, an actually potentially world class player in OX doesn't get any game time.

Lille must be laughing, Gervinho off the books and while they might have been angry a few months ago, looks like we saved them getting a dud in Park as well, :p
 
FT 1-0 in a game we should have won about 5-0... but 3 points is 3 points. Congrats to RVP for being the club's highest scorer in a calendar year, completed on the last day of the year.
 
I was so elated when Villa scored that 2nd goal....I somehow knew that the radio would then tell me that Swansea scored against us.

Wasted opportunity to increase that gap to maximum and close the gap above.
 
Bah, Duff dummies the ball in our own box, they win it and cross and score in the 94th minute. We can't seem to do anything away :(...and conceding late goals is becoming too common.
 
Bit of a shame, it was great build up for Ireland's goal but Terry handballed it on the line, they'd likely have scored a penalty if it was given and Terry would have got a red and missed other games, might have ended up worse than 3-1 as well.
 
AVB has got to be worried now. The team look like they have been on a xmas bender every night and then turning up for work. No imagination (not his fault) but the team lack direction of purpose.

Meirles and Ramires are both good players but they do lack killer instinct. Drogba looks rubbish, again and Torres is like watching a provac wreck play football!
 
Good point for Norwich starting 2012 in the top half of the Premier League, if you had told someone that two years ago, they would have said you were dreaming!

Good to see our championship play till the end tenacity coming through to grab us a late one today!

I actually thought the game had finished 1-0, unlucky, though YAY Brentford, they also scored in extra time, came back from 3-0 down to draw, awesome.

How is it not his fault, for what 7 years Lampard has been Chelsea's creativity in midfield, its AVB's choice to bench him, Lampard has come on several times and changed the game. He's trying to impose new idea's and a new starting line up on the team and it's not working, it's entirely his fault.

Lampard, Mata and Drogba should have started every single game they were fit for from the start of the season and from everything I've seen of Terry this season, he should have been dropped LONG ago.

I like Meireles, but he, and most certainly Ramires are no where near Lampard's class, no matter his age.

I Think he is doing these new ideas etc cause likes of Lamps/Drogs getting on and are not as good as they used to be but as you say Lampard has change the game so he should go back to the old of needed.

Regarding Meireles i liked him when he played for us BUT he did pull out of far too many tackles for me which led to the oppenants keeping the ball if he still does that it would help them.
