Someone hasn't got a clue what the offside rule is.
It's likely off, very marginally, not surprised the linesman didn't call it but he probably should have.

People often forget that there needs to be 2 oppo players behind the attacker, 1 usually being the keeper. Courtois was out of his goal though. It was close but it was offside.
AS the others said, you've got to have two men between the goal and the attacker, the keeper is 99% of the time 1 of those 2 so 99% of the time it's one outfield player and one keeper. If the keeper moves forward you need two normal outfield players, Cahill alone wasn't enough for him to be onside.
