Duffy should be off, that was a clear as handball as you'll see. Did they just not use VAR?

If the ref doesn't call it back there is no VAR to check. Completely different to the world cup where everything was checked.

I thought VAR checked every potential penalty? Unsurprising if it is Jon Moss that's at fault though, no idea how he still has a job.

I don't believe they use VAR for 2nd yellows, only straight reds, pens and goals.

Wasn't considered high enough or intentional I assume. There has to be some consideration of the actual height of the contact vs the actual outcome. Bit like the Son red. It wasn't a red card but one was given because of the outcome rather than the challenge purely on merit.
