Ladies and Gentleman, I present to you @Panos ' idea of a pear shape.
When you see a pear that looks like that, let me know.
That's cheating, pears are never blue

Can you get back to slagging off THE kid plz.
Flat pear?
Complete nonsense. I take no issue with with the facts, I take issue with a sixteen year old autistic girl who has no expertise or life experience lecturing me with some sound bites written by someone else. It's absurd.
Not everyone who objects to something does so because they feel threatened or are scared. I just refuse to be lectured about my lifestyle by someone who has no real world experience. The solutions are all very easy when mommy and daddy are taking care of you, try actually living in the real world first yeah?
Yes! To try and get this back on topic...
(though granted I've not actually been slagging the kid off as I agree with a lot of what she says re: the environment, just not the political/anti capitalist side)
She seems to have gotten a bit of flack re: Antifa - though she indicates she didn't know about the violence angle:
Her parents probably don't have the same excuse though, it does seem like people are trying to use her for political aims beyond simply her passion for campaigning re: the environment:
Are we back to the life experience excuse again?
yawn.
Indeed, a lot of people are WRONGLY sharing this on social media and need to be corrected. It's been debunked as inaccurate: https://www.politifact.com/facebook...a-thunberg-did-not-pose-isis-or-george-soros/
In what sense is it an excuse? She's not even old enough to vote, buy alcohol or drive a car. You want to take lectures from someone who isn't considered legally responsible enough to even do those things?

Just to clarify you're not referring to my post but to some ISIS picture right? The picture I posted hasn't been debunked etc..
We could find no evidence that Thunberg has participated in Antifa demonstrations. And being antifascist does not necessarily mean one supports the left-wing group Antifa.
The third is genuine, but Thunberg has said she borrowed the shirt at the time. Also, being antifascist is not the same as being a member of Antifa.
Ummm - Read the link?
Well it does, because you said: "She seems to have gotten a bit of flack re: Antifa"
But wearing a (borrowed) T-shirt that says 'Anti-facist' is nothing to do with 'Antifa'
I did thanks, the poster's comment was a little ambiguous, my question was about his post not the link so reading the link doesn't solve that - what I posted hasn't been debunked. I'm not sure what participation or lack of in antifa protests has to do with the point I made.
Apologies; I was supporting your post by expanding on it, about how she had been getting flack for appearing in that photo, how she had defender herself, as well as for other photos which had been doctored.
Would you listen to a young girl for financial advice, marriage guidance or something else that takes years of experience? Of course you wouldnt.
