The only game i have lasted that long is league of Legends. If i get 3 years out of Grid 2 i will be very happy. Looking forward to seeing how they pull off the social side. Anyone know if they are using steam for the mp friends element or is racenet totally separate.

I love Codemasters racing games as the driving physics are great but Dirt 3 lacked any real purpose to the career mode, you just unlock liveries and thats it. Gran Tourismo is the only games I've played where I really enjoyed the concept to unlock licences, earn money to buy cars and then upgrade the car specs like better engines and tyres. I hope Grid 2 is more like that.

That was the hosting company, not Codemasters. The Xbox service is still up for Grid 1.

Will have to keep an eye on that if Reward 3 gets unlocked. (will have to check I can cancel my pre-order first)

Offt this looks awesome, all three pre-order packs would be awesome too.

Still wish they wouldn't do **** like this and just give us a 'full game' but still.

Cars are one thing, but when they start limiting tracks too it really bugs me.

I don't think its the tracks that are actually locked out but the routes (which is almst jsut as bad anyways

). I bet it will be like brands hatch in reverse etc.

I'm hoping this will be good but its going to be another in your face DLC codemasters release by the looks of it. Day one DLC should be banned.
