Why remove all the seeds?

Wish mine had matured, they are bushing out and have grown rapidly over last couple of weeks but not even flowering yet. Greenfly have really had a go too. :(

I still ahve one live one. But he still only has 4 very baby leafs on him. Need to order some new seeds and try again. Know there's more light and temperatures are up.

mine have a lot of buds on now but they are taking forever to open up. i only have 1 flower open and its taken about a week! is this normal? most of the others only have small buds on, last years worked really well( different sort though) but these seem to have ground to a halt. they are really strong and healthy looking plants as well.

am i just being impatient?

Just give them time and keep them watered & fed as normal and they'll open.

How long they take is up to the species and the environment.

I got about 11 little seedlings sprouting now!

About a week or 2 after planting. About an inch tall, sound like a kid at christmas but I just can't wait until they fully grown!

Mine are growing quite nicely now. Getting the first flowers budding. I'll need to get some proper plant food I think to really encourage them. Tallest is about 7 inches now and looking quite healthy!

woot first flower opened :D

must have 40+ more buds on all the plants so hopefully they will be all opening up by next week and i can get down to business. flower is about the same size as a 5p, was expecting bigger flowers.

edit* i must say thats a damn good pic for my phone :p

Got 8 plants in a container and been going sinace march indoors, 3 weeks ago i out them in a growhouse and they have went quite a bit bigger, south facing and about 90 degrees when its sunny at least.

Pretty big now and lots of white flowers.

Now i think i need to repot them, what size pots would 4 go into? diameter?

Huge thumbs up to NickK, chillies are much appreciated.

Since I've repotted it, with new compost it is looking healthier every morning. Which may mean it wasn't a lack of light but a lack of decent soil.
